About Tamara Dalrymple      

Tamara is a B.C. Registered Clinical Counsellor (BCACCand Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA) member.  She resides in Victoria, B.C. and specializes in outpatient clinical treatment services for children, youth, and adults with symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma, and PTSD.  Tamara is also a certified EEG Neurofeedback Clinician. With over 18 years of experience in roles of progressive responsibility, she has held positions in Mental Health Clinics, Educational Settings and B.C. Provincial Services.  

Tamara has managed projects and assisted with the development of policies, programs and training initiatives for Mental Health Clinicians and Counsellors at the provincial level.  She has also contributed to the development of community capacity building initiatives.  In 2005, she was included as part of a small group of professionals nominated for a Premiers Award, for her work towards the implementation of the Child and Youth Mental Health Plan of British Columbia.  

Tamara has been registered with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors since 2002 and is currently working on her Doctorate in Psychology.  She holds a Masters degree from San Diego State University (First Class Standing) and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Victoria. She is also a multi-sport athlete and has competed as an age-grouper in multiple Ironman and endurance triathlon races worldwide.
